Brian Designs have helped drive the “Premium Theme” phenomenon.  And YES they are worth buying.  I have set up several in the past, and while you are not actually buying the Theme you are really buying the support it’s still very worth the small up front investment. There are some “tricks” to setting his themes up to look like the Demos and you’ll save so much time by purchasing a support package.  Plus as WordPress is upgraded so are the themes and you’ll need the new versions to keep pace.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
